The pick up can be from any place in the city and drop off in any place you want, includes 1 hour city tour or more. 
Pick up from the airport to the hotel with a limousine is not 1 hour but not less then 40 minutes. The price includes one hour of waiting, starting from the landing time. Each additional hour will be charged at 10 euros extra. Limousine from the city to Therme spa is additional 10-20 euros to the price of the limousine in the city (depends in which limousine).
